The paleo meal plan consists mainly of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit, and excludes dairy, legumes and grain products.
You may select from a 2-meal or a 3-meal plan, which refers to the number of meals you will receive in a given day, and these plans can be customized. 2-meal plans include 2 meals a day; however, you have the freedom to customize which meals you’d like to receive. For example, some choose to do breakfast, and lunch, while others might prefer lunch, dinner and a snack. Price will vary based on the meals you select. Please note that if you choose the 3-meal plan, you will receive breakfast, lunch, dinner; you can also add 1 or 2 snacks to complement your plan.
