How do I get started?

It’s so easy! You can make your purchase online under the Shop Plans tab or give us a call and we would be happy to help you get started. You can reach us at 786.505.7022.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

Not sure about which plan is best for you? No problem. We can help find a plan to best suit your needs. If you require more in-depth nutritional information we can also set you up for a private one on one consultation with a Registered Nutritionist.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you have made your first purchase you will receive a confirmation and billing receipt by email. You will also receive a follow up Welcome to Wholly email which will also give you more information regarding your service. We will then reach out to you to confirm your start date and answer any further questions you may have.

How soon will I receive my meals?

We make everything fresh and from scratch so depending upon when you place your order it may take up to 24-48 hours to begin service. We will do our best to get you started as soon as possible!
